Default The films of Alejandro González Iñárritu.

I love the crap out of Babel and 21 Grams, but his newer stuff, while more popular, doesn't hit home as much for me.

Birdman was just a typical Hollywood insiders movie. Hollywood loves films about Hollywood. The Revenant I'm going to need to watch again, on first viewing it didn't blow me away but I want to give it another chance.

Okay perhaps I shouldn't have called Birdman "typical."

I really liked The Revenant but I don't think I've seen any of his others.
